We bring together funders, landowners, distillers and industry experts from an early stage in new projects. We understand how the distilling process works and what is needed to house it.  If we cannot answer a question we can reach out to some of the most talented people in the industry to help us with anything from customs to branding.

Our knowledge of distillery layouts and capacities allows us to quickly lay out buildings in the most efficient manner, after all we were schooled by Jim Swan who passed on much of his learning to us. 

It can be daunting to plan the output of a distillery. This is one of the only industries who cannot sell their product for years to come. We’ll put together a plan which takes into account stock, yield, energy, finance, ageing, even the share that the angels take.
