Producing “Zero Emission” Spirit

Our clients over at Ahascragh Distillery are in the press talking about how they are planning to produce a zero emission spirit using heat pump technology after securing an SEAI Grant for €500,000.

Everyone we work with is looking at how to make the process more resource efficient, it's such a critical decision in any distillery project - having the confidence to try something different is the advantage that a new distiller has, although the cap ex is always a challenge.
