As our work expands to working in different whisky producing countries there are some opportunities that we see where the rules of whisky making allow for a bit more experimentation when distillers are not completely tied to SWA rules.

Ireland has some critical differences in their Whiskey production and now we are seeing some really interesting things happening in English Whiskey.
