Castletown Mill Planning Approved

A huge milestone for this project being awarded Planning Approval and Listed Building Consent.

Given the historic significance of the old mill building there was a lot of pre-application consultation with Historic Environment Scotland and the Local Authority so it was a great relief to finally receive the paperwork confirming that our client Martin is safe to progress into the technical design stage.
