Ahascragh Distillery ready for Stills
Organic director Gareth made the trip over to see progress on site in Co. Galway, Ireland (tough gig but someone has to do it!)
This view over the main town centre hasn’t been seen before, soon there will be some lovely copper looking out!
The client team is making a top job working with the existing buildings to deliver the design intent, working with a “protected structure” in Ireland (similar to a listed building in the UK).
Once you start opening up a ~200 year old building there’s always a few surprises in store! As the work progresses there have been a series of short interviews “Distillery Stories” produced by our client, they give a great insight into what (and who) is involved in getting a project like this delivered.
